What to send in your first message

1. Your concern: what you would like to improve, for example sagging, pigmentation, redness, acne scars or dull skin, and any treatment you already have in mind.
2. Photos: two or three clear pictures of the area.
3. Your dates: when you are in Daegu, and the day you fly home or travel on.
4. Your history: recent treatments such as fillers, threads or lasers, plus medication, allergies or pregnancy.
5. Timing: the days and times you could come in.

Here is an example in English:

"Hi JRYN Daegu. I'm in Daegu from the 12th to the 15th and fly home on the 16th. I'd like to improve pigmentation on my cheeks and I'm interested in Pico Toning. I had chin filler about six months ago. Photos attached. Could I come in on the 12th or 13th, in the morning?"

Photos that help

Take photos in daylight near a window, without filters or beauty modes, and ideally without makeup. Send one from the front and one from each side, plus a close-up if your concern is a specific spot, scar or line. Photos help the team suggest realistic options; the doctor still examines your skin in person before anything is decided.

What the reply includes

The team replies with treatments that may suit your concern, an estimate in Korean won and available times. Estimates depend on the amount: shots for Ultherapy Prime(for example 300, 600 or 1,000) or Thermage FLX(300, 600 or 900), joules for Onda, kJ for Titanium, cc for skin boosters, and toxin type and number of sessions for Botox, with domestic, high-purity domestic and imported toxins. Prices on the clinic's list do not include VAT, and monthly offers change, so ask for today's price.

Korea is on UTC+9. The clinic is open Monday to Friday 10:30–20:00 and Saturday 10:30–16:30, so a message sent late at night Korea time may be answered the next working day.

Confirming your price

The estimate on WhatsApp or LINE gives you a clear idea before you travel, but the plan is only final once the doctor has seen your skin. At your 1:1 consultation, the device or product, the amount and the total are confirmed with you before treatment begins. Ask for VAT to be shown in your estimate, so the full amount is clear. Confirming, changing or cancelling

Once you agree a date and time, the confirmation stays in the chat; screenshot it if you like. If your plans change, for example a late train or a delayed flight, message the same chat as early as you can so the team can look for another time. Same-day appointments are possible when the schedule allows, and last registration is 30 minutes before closing: 19:30 on weekdays and 16:00 on Saturdays.
