FAQ
Booking, prices, safety, travel and aftercare
Can I book at JRYN Clinic Daegu in English?
Yes. Message us on
WhatsApp +82-10-5573-7574
with your concern, a photo if you like, and your travel dates. The team replies with suitable options and an estimate in Korean won, and the doctor confirms the plan at a 1:1 consultation.
Can I contact the clinic in Japanese?
Yes. Japanese-speaking patients can message the clinic on
LINE (ID @046exsya), and a phone consultation with Japanese-speaking staff is available. Ask on LINE to arrange a time.
What other ways can I book?
Within Korea you can call 1833-5568, chat on the clinic's
KakaoTalk channel
or book through
Naver booking(Korean interface). From abroad, WhatsApp or LINE is usually easier.
Can I get an appointment on the same day?
Same-day appointments are available when the schedule allows, and many treatments can follow your consultation on the same visit if the doctor confirms they suit you. Message us before you come so we can hold a time for you. Last registration is 30 minutes before closing.
How much will my treatment cost?
It depends on the treatment and the amount: shots for
Ultherapy Prime
or
Thermage FLX, cc for skin boosters, toxin type and sessions for Botox, and area for laser hair removal. Prices are quoted in Korean won and confirmed by the doctor before treatment. Ask on WhatsApp for today's price, and see
how pricing works.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No. Prices on the clinic's price list do not include VAT. Ask us to show VAT in your estimate, so the full amount is clear before treatment.
Are there monthly offers?
Yes. The clinic's Korean price list is a monthly promotion list, so offers and packages change from month to month. Tell us which treatment interests you and your dates, and we will tell you what applies.
Will I know the total before treatment starts?
Yes. Your plan, the amount (for example shots, cc or units) and the total are confirmed with you at consultation, before treatment begins. If the doctor suggests changing the plan, the new total is agreed first.
Who will treat me?
Your consultation is 1:1 with the doctor. JRYN Clinic Daegu is led by
Dr. Cho Seon-a, representative director, and every treatment follows the JRYN protocol of direct care by your dedicated doctor, with checks and aftercare afterwards.
Are the products genuine?
Yes. JRYN uses certified genuine products in appropriate doses. For Botox you can choose between domestic, high-purity domestic and imported toxins, such as
Coretox
and
Dysport, and the doctor explains the differences.
Which treatments have little or no downtime?
Can I combine several treatments in one visit?
Often, yes. The doctor decides which combinations suit your skin and in what order, taking your time in Daegu into account. Some combinations, such as
Ultherapy with Thermage, are also offered as packages.
Where is the clinic, and how do I get there by subway?
At 20 Dongseong-ro, Jung-gu, Daegu, opposite the ZARA store ( 대구광역시 중구 동성로 20
). Take Daegu Metro Line 1 to Jungangno Station and walk about 3 minutes from Exit 2.
How do I get from Dongdaegu Station (KTX) to the clinic?
Dongdaegu Station is on Daegu Metro Line 1, so you can ride directly to Jungangno Station without changing trains, then walk 3 minutes from Exit 2. See the
Dongdaegu Station route guide.
How do I get there from Daegu Airport?
A taxi is the simplest option: show the driver the Korean address,
대구광역시 중구 동성로 20. Travel time depends on traffic. Public transport routes are in our
airport guide.
Is there parking?
Yes. Use the 2.28 Park car park or the former Daegu Department Store car park. When you have treatment at the clinic that day, one hour of parking is supported; ask at reception for your parking ticket. Details are on the
contact page.
What are the opening hours?
Monday to Friday 10:30–20:00, with a lunch break from 13:00 to 14:00, and Saturday 10:30–16:30 with no lunch break. The clinic is closed on Sundays and public holidays. Last registration is 30 minutes before closing.
What should I avoid after treatment?
For most treatments, avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, very hot baths, hard exercise, alcohol and strong sun for a few days, and use sunscreen. The aftercare your doctor gives for your specific treatment always comes first.
Can I fly home soon after treatment?
Usually, yes, but tell us your flight date when you book. Some treatments leave redness, swelling or small scabs for several days, so the doctor plans around your departure. See
aftercare before you fly home.
Can I ask questions after I go home?
Yes. Message the clinic on WhatsApp in English or on LINE in Japanese with aftercare questions, and include a photo if something worries you.
