Contacting the clinic in Japanese

Add the clinic on LINE with the ID @046exsya and write in Japanese. As with English bookings on WhatsApp, the more you include in the first message, the more useful the reply: what you would like to improve, two or three photos in natural light without filters, your dates in Daegu and your flight home, and any recent treatments, medication or allergies. If you would rather talk it through, ask for a phone consultation with Japanese-speaking staff. If you prefer English, WhatsApp (+82-10-5573-7574) works too.

A first message could look like this:

はじめまして。◯月◯日から大邱に滞在します。シミ(またはたるみなど)について相談したいです。写真をお送りします。予約できる日時を教えてください。

That says: "Hello. I'll be in Daegu from [date]. I'd like to ask about pigmentation (or sagging, etc.). I'll send photos. Please let me know which dates and times are available."

The Japanese address is 大邱広域市 中区 東城路20(東城路ZARA向かい) , and the clinic is 中央路駅2番出口から徒歩3分 , a 3-minute walk from Exit 2 of Jungangno Station.

Flying from Japan to Daegu

Daegu International Airport (TAE) has direct flights from Japan. T'way Air launched Daegu–Osaka (Kansai) in July 2025 and added a morning Daegu–Fukuoka flight alongside its afternoon one; secondary sources also list Tokyo (Narita). Routes and schedules change by season, so check with the airline before you book. Korea and Japan share the same time zone, so there is no time difference to adjust to.

From the airport to Dongseong-ro

The Daegu Airport Tourist Information Center on the 1st floor, between the international and domestic exits, helps in Japanese, English and Chinese. The simplest route to the clinic is a taxi from the rank outside Gate 3, about 25 minutes. City buses 101, 401 and Express 1 also run toward Daegu Station and Dongseong-ro in about 30 minutes, but credit cards issued outside Korea are not accepted on the bus: use a T-money card or cash. Full details are in our airport guide.

Help in Japanese around Daegu

The 1330 Korea Travel Hotline answers in Japanese 24 hours a day. Dial 1330 within Korea, or use its free online call, web chat or messenger channels, which include LINE. It can also help with simple phone interpretation, for example with a taxi driver. In Daegu, the tourism information center at Duryu Park has Japanese interpreters.

Practical notes

  • Currency: Korean won (KRW). Prices at the clinic are quoted in won, and listed prices do not include VAT.
  • Power: Type C and Type F sockets at 220 V, 60 Hz, so bring an adapter for Japanese plugs.
  • Transit cards: T-money and Cashbee work on Daegu buses and the subway.
  • Opening hours: Mon–Fri 10:30–20:00 (lunch 13:00–14:00), Sat 10:30–16:30; closed Sundays and public holidays.

At the clinic

Your consultation is 1:1 with the doctor, who examines your skin and explains the options. The device or product, the amount and the total are confirmed with you before treatment starts. Afterwards you receive aftercare advice, and you can send questions on LINE once you are back in Japan, with a photo if something worries you.
