A day trip from Busan to JRYN Daegu
Staying in Busan but curious about Daegu? The KTX makes it an easy day out: about 40 minutes to an hour to Dongdaegu, four subway stops, and you are on Dongseong-ro.
From Busan to Dongseong-ro
| Starting point | Route | Approx. time |
|---|---|---|
| Busan Station | KTX to Dongdaegu, then Line 1 toward Seolhwa-Myeonggok, 4 stops to Jungangno | About 40 min to 1 h by KTX, plus about 7 min on Line 1 |

| Jungangno Station | Exit 2, then walk to 20 Dongseong-ro, opposite the ZARA store | About 3 min on foot |
Published approximate times; actual times vary by train. We could not confirm a direct Gimhae Airport–Daegu bus from an official source.
Planning the day
A Busan–Daegu day works because the train ride is short. Message the clinic on WhatsApp a few days ahead with your concern, two or three photos and the date you plan to come. Once you have an appointment time, choose a train that gets you to Dongdaegu with time to spare. From the KTX platform, allow a comfortable margin for the walk through the station, the 7-minute subway ride and the 3-minute walk from Exit 2.
Since 1 September 2026, KTX and SRT trains run as one integrated service with a single booking app, which makes it easier to compare trains between Busan and Dongdaegu. Fares changed at the same time, so check the app for the current fare.

Which treatments suit a same-day return
Because you will travel back the same day, treatments with little or no visible downtime make the most sense: Titanium Lifting, Shurink Universe, Onda Lifting, Pico Toning, skin Botox and care such as LDM Smart. Mild redness after toning usually fades within hours. Treatments that leave scabs or marks, such as mole removal or RF microneedling, are easier when you have a few days to recover, and the doctor will tell you what to expect for your plan. Our guide to treatments with little downtime has more detail.
